Our Founder and Managing Partner, Maram Al Balushi, delivered a Legal & IP workshop as part of the Omantel Accelerator Cohort 7, providing founders with practical guidance on startup governance, contracts, intellectual property protection, compliance obligations, data privacy, and key legal considerations for scaling businesses and attracting investment.
The session also explored the role of legal strategy in building resilient and investment-ready ventures, highlighting the importance of protecting innovation, managing risk, and establishing sound legal foundations from the early stages of growth.
